yeah, they sure can.. however, be advised, anything you send him, can, and most likely will be checked out by the drill instructor, and possibly used to humiliate the recruit.. But it is always fun... one time a girl sent this dude a hershey chocolate bar, It was huge, the drill instructor made him eat the whole thing in like 10 seconds... go ahead, embarrass him....
