I am trying to get my hair to grow, i notice that its growing at a slow pace. I came across the men gnc hair formula and notice that these pills have the exact same thing in them as the womens formula but the only difference is the womens formula has more biotin in it. So my question is does anyone know if i can take the womens formula? By the why i am african american male if that helps
