can microsoft detect you if you add 2 internal fans ontop of the motherboard...

...in an xbox 360? im looking into getting a XCM 360 core cooler V2 (Twin Fans) w/ blue LEDs which are esentialy two more fans that are added to the inside of the console, placed over the motherboard. it works by replacing the old fan's cord with a new one that has enough slots to plug in 3 fans instead of 1. would this be legal?
