Can moving a plasma tv (in a car over a short distance) cause picture retention?

Moved this about 10km. It was slightly tilted forward. and am now having image retention problems. The ghost image is appearing slighty pink.
image retention is different from an image burn. This happens after I have a very sharp image for example the tv's menu option on the screen. I can continue to see the menu after i have closed it. This fades after i turn the tv off...let it cool and then the tv works fine again.
 
No.What your seeing is image retention. It's usually solved by updating the firmware.
 
Only thing that screen burns on plasma is if you have the same image paused for over hour, thats why the new videogame systems fade out after a certain amount of time.
