Can my mare do Saddle seat?

I have an Arabian mare, who I have been lightly jumping for the past five years, I grew up working for an english riding stable, and thats just what they did, now I'm stabling her at a TWH stable (which is too cute because she is the only arab there and they have never seen a horse jump before) anyway, given our current surroundings I have gotten interested in saddleseat riding, i love arabians and heard that they excel in park horse classes. She has a naturaly long gait and a high head ( I have to use a tie down on her when riding) my mare only tolerates jumping she actually doesn't like to do it, or I should say doesn't enjoy it, you can tell. I was wondering if I could maybe gradually switch my riding style over to saddle seat and what would be the best way to "test the waters" and see if she may be into that without confusing her? She is also getting older but has never had a lamness in the ten years ive owned her, I dont really want to put the strain of jumping onto her legs, its just not nessessary. Jumping is fun but we're both not really into it and would like to do something more enjoyable. Has anyone ever retrained a jumper to saddleseat? Or has any suggestions or tips?
