my baby was born here in the us but i want to travel to MEXICO with him.i was born in Mexico can i travel with my consular and birth certificate??and can my newborn travel with his birth certificate and a state ID???IM NOT WILLING TO COME BACK TO THE US SO I SHOULD SAY IM JST LEAVING THE US WITH MY BABY AND NOT COMING BACK...... I NEED REAL ANSWERS PLEASE
