Can my Nokia 6131 run Nokia maps?

Nokia maps requirement says the phone must be running Symbian S60 V3.1 or 3.2 but I can't confirm what the 6131 run. Also i don't have the pc cable to try to install Nokia Maps.

Also, is it possible to upgrade(flash) firmware?
