Can my parents read my texts online? (verizon)?

I don't need them reading nothing cause i don't read theres. But i really need to know because i dont want to get in trouble if i act bad.
Well i delete them on my phone. And just the other day my dad was reading them but nothing bad just txting guys i know and he was like bad girl dont be doing nothing. and now he txted me at school asking me were my ipod is and idk were it is. he thinks i took it to school but i dont got it and i dont need to get grounded again
 
Be good Tina. But they'll need your phone to view your text messages they can't do it online.
 
they can see who you text when they look online, but they can't see what you say.

now, they can get copies of all your texts sent to them with the bill if they want to for a fee. then,they CAN see everything you say, and everything the person says back to you when they get your monthly bill.
