My boyfriend just bought me the Sidekick 4G that I wanted ,, I am SICK of seeing the IPhone and Galaxy 3 I wanted to be a little different .. He purchased the unlocked phone from EBay I LOVE THE PHONE but I'm recently in a contract with Verizon and my contract ends in June but I want to use the phone now I've waited all this time to get it and can't use it ... I've done my research but they say it can't be done and that its impossible but I've also seen that if the phone is unlocked I can use it with any carrier so Please help me I'm in LOVE with this phone and I'm just eager to make a call on it like ASAP !!!

verizon does not have sim cards, and who the hell still uses sidekicks ? haha

Well, to answer your question, nope. The Sidekick is a GSM device while Verizon uses CDMA and even though they do use micro SIM cards, it doesn't mean that it'll work with a GSM device. It can work vice versa, but not the other way around. Hope this helped.

Verzion does not use SIM cards. Your best option is to just wait..
