I stopped smoking for 2 years, but since I met my new GF, I have a smoke with her after sex. Anyway, I am trying to stop again, and I am wearing the weak stage 3 nicotine patches my mate gave me.
Could this be making it worse to stop as I am really gagging for a smoke more than last time I stopped. Last time I stopped was off the back end of 20 years smoking. This time off a few months hence me thinking the patches are making things worse?
