Can Orthodox Priests Work With Eastern Catholic, Or Even Roman Catholic

Dioceses'/Eparchies? I've heard of situations, where an orthodox priest has left due to church politics and was granted permission by the local bishop to concelebrate with a catholic, melkite church. What are the situations that can happen along these lines? What's possible and what isn't?
