Can overseas military orders cancel my t-mobile contract?

I have a flex pay account contract for 3-4 years with t-mobile (yes, my FLEX pay is under contract) and my husband and I are PCSing to Okinawa for the next 3 years. We love t-mobile, but we really just can't use it over the next three years, or however long we're there.

Will they let me cancel? (its under my name- not my army husband's)
