Can ovulation prediction kits test for pregnancy?

I have all the psychical signs of pregnancy, sore breasts, exhaustion, nausea, increased sensitivity to smell, on and on, i didin't have a pregnancy test so i thought for the heck of it i would pee on an ovulation prediction kit, it came back positive, i should have started my period 2 days ago and nothing, i went and got a pregnancy test, but i'm waiting to have to pee to test with that, any chance i am pregnant?
