I'm just wondering... I just snacked on honey roasted peanuts and didn't keep track of how many I ate... I went a little over the serving size but I know that I didn't eat more than 2 servings. (I hope)
But I still feel full and don't feel like eating dinner because of it. The peanuts made me too full to have an appetite for dinner lol (yes I know, I should never spoil my dinner. But it's not like I do it all the time. And I'm not going to force it down and feel worse).
But, can they make you gain weight? They have a lot of fat in them. And I feel chubby after eating them. lol. 2 servings would be like... 32 grams of fat!
