Can Photoshop cs4 be installed when creative suit design cs3 has already been

installed? I have adobe creative suite design premium installed in my computer, I want to install photoshop cs4. I heard form others that its not compatible, should I just uninstall photoshop cs3, then install cs4? Tnhx
