I have recently been smoking a bit more and yesterday I spat blood. I really want to smoke again, but I won't if the two are connected. The last time I had smoked was about 5 days prior to my blood spitting. I also think that it could be my protein shakes that i drink, because the day before i spat blood i had a big one and it has happened before and same as this time, the day prior i had a big protein shake. Also it was only in the morning that it happened, only about 5 spits and it was fresh blood it seemed. It has only happened in the morning both times.
