Can snowmobiling affect my period?

I was supposed to get my period on friday, its now sunday and I have not got it yet, and usually I get it on time. This makes me slightly concerned. I know I should be more concerned if its a month late or so, but all weekend ive been snowmobiling for hours straight, and I was wondering if this has an affect on when my period should arrive. Any hints?
 
take a pregnancy test that would be the first step then if not the case wait till the next time it suppose to be happen if it doesnt take one more pregnancy test if it comes back negative seek medical attention.
 
stress, weight loss and weight gain, thyrod problems and over exercise can lead to missing your period. I dont see how snowmobiling would have made you late. I am sure that you will get it tomorrow or tonight. Are you sexually active? Should you be worried about pregnancy? See a dr. if you dont get your period next month too. I think that it is just stress and it will come when you calm down.
