can somebody else be insured on my financed car instead of me?

i have a car on fiance from fiat and i dnt really want to keep it, my boss has offered to take over the payments and have the car but i must be the resitered keeper of the car while the agreement is in my name. can he be the only person insured on the car and would that be legal? please help

what happens if your boss stops paying? you cant insure a car that doesnt belong to you ( only under special circumstances and this isnt one of them ) so no it cant be done, sorry

Yes they can, lots of people insure cars that are not registered to them. If you lease a car alot of the time the car is registered to the lease company, not you but you still insure it yourself.
