Can somebody please tell me why this happened.?

My 17 year old boyfriend was supposed to be released from the juvenile detention center and instead was sent to 33rd(county jail).Can somebody please tell me why this happened?

Arresting Agency:Orange County Sheriff Office(Orlando)
Charge/Court Case Number:Robbery
