Can someone explain the Telus Student 55 plan?

I got this plan for my iPhone, and I'm a little confused as to what I get.

This is what I understand I get:
-Unlimited talk after 6 and on weekends
-Unlimited text, picture, and video messaging
-Voicemail, call waiting and conference
-1GB of Data.

If there's anything I'm missing, or if I got something wrong, please explain.

Telus Student 55 plan

I was looking at this plan too but noticed that fine print doesn't say anything about caller ID.

So I asked the rep and found out that called ID is additional $8. These days I can't picture a cell phone without caller ID. So this plan is really for $63.00

I heard Robbers and Hell also have a similar deal. One of my friend said that Rogers waived his caller ID charge. Did Bell or Telus do that for someone?
