Can someone help me come up with a good introduction sheet?

I am in boy scouts, and I recently got elected den chief. I need to l;earn the boy's names, and what games and stuff they like, ect. I thought an introduction sheet would help, but what all should i put on it, and in what order. Please help

You can start writing stuff that most of your audience can relate to. If it's stressing you out, you can draft it first. Then, might as well try custom writing. It helps and Good luck
