Last night I dreamt that my boyfriend and I got married. We have only been together for a year and have no immediate plans of marriage in real life. We were at a random fancy mansion, surrounded by all of our friends, my dress was beautiful and perfect, etc... after the ceremony, I was filled with dread all of the sudden.. I realized we hadn't exchanged rings, we hadn't said our vows, and we hadn't kissed when the pastor announced that we were now man and wife. I began this frantic search for my ring, which I knew was in the trunk of my mother's car, and when I finally dug it out, the diamond was yellow and rotting... my dream logic let me know that this happened because it was very hot outside and the diamond had been in the trunk for a long time... I don't know. I spent the rest of the dream running around the property of the mansion, looking for my boyfriend, er, husband, to tell him that something was very wrong and we needed to do the whole wedding over again.. but I couldn't find him, and then I woke up.
