Can someone help me train for the Air Force Spec Ops?

I need help training. I wanted to join the Air Force all my life but fate or reality step in and kicked me in the balls. That being said Im 27 out a shape (a little), and want to be a Spec Ops Weatherman for the AF. If I don't join now with the wait time, I could miss the 28yrs age cutoff for the AF. As luck would have it, as of January 2009 they offer direct enlistment into the 1W0X2 special operations weathermen career field. The Spec Ops training is intense, getting a pass on the PAST test is required just to get in. And that's were I need help, from athletes/trainers to Military personnel in this field already. I have my heart set on this job, I need this job, even if the training kills me. I live in Sacramento, CA and if some can point in the right direction, or give any advice its all welcomed.
