can someone help me with 'emule'?

Can someone help me please? When I try to download Emule .. it doesnt work. It says I have to call this number, and then i do.. and it says it not in service. -_- Help?
 
Go to :
www.emule-project.net/home/perl/general.cgi?rm=download
and try and download again. The link should work because I downloaded it just now.. Also, make sure your computer is not blocking the download
