with Eastern religions.? I had this dream one night after reading the book Siddhartha by Herman Hesse, and I believe it that this is why I had the dream. This is what happened:

I was at a hotel of some sort, and I was waiting in line with what contained different individuals, each of whom seemed to be from a different culture. Some americans, some Africans, Indians, and so on. We were all waiting outside one door. When I was inside, my teacher (who teaches me Eastern religions) was sitting on the bed. (No, this is not sexual.) I sat on the bed with her, and the floor around the bed was made of crackling fires and dark, endless holes.

I then asked my teacher, "What is the meaning of life?" Then my teacher looked at me and I looked at her in the eyes, and it was like she was melting through me. It seemed like my eyes were on fire, yet it was indescribably comforting, and the moment seemed to last eternity, but I knew it was just a few moments. Eventually, after however long it was, she told me, "Now you will see."

And then I woke up.

I am sure that it is connected to my self-journey, but can I get some other opinions on this, please? Thanks for taking the time to read this.

It's a good dream, treasure it. You will find out what it means in time.
