Can someone make me a full sized dvd slip?

I ordered a movie online and it came in a blank dvd case without the slip and was wondering if there was a certain site to go to or if somebody can make one as a jpg so I can print it? It's of Cabin in the Woods (2011) Directed by Drew Goddard. The one who helps me gets top answer.
 
There are 'kits' for the purpose. Look for them.

If you want to be able to print the original artwork,
you'll first have to find a source for it.



I make my own hand-lettered inserts by cutting ordinary paper to size.
