Can someone please tell me how to set up a voice mail on a T-Mobile Razr phone?

I have called Voice Mail and it asks if I have a voice mailbox but I don't. It says it's invalid. Can anyone help?

Did you try reading the directions?

press and hold one, it will bring you to your voice mail, and then hit selection 5 which will bring you to mailbox set up .. and go from there.
