...this healthy for someone trying? to lose weight?

breakfast: 1 Medium Apple and a hand full of colby jack cheese cubes, Yoplait yogurt Key lime pie Whips

Lunch: Small Shrimp sald, the shrimp was cooked in butter and there was about 12 shrimp in the salad with a cup and a 1/4 c of lettuce and 1 tbs of sliced almonds

Snack#1: 10 Cheezit crackers

Snack#2: 10 Cheetoes puffs

Dinner: 1 skinless, Boneless, Chicken breast smothered in 1/2 c of cream of celery soup, 1/4 cup of milk, and 2 oz of cream cheese
steamed califlour and brocoli amd garlic toast used whole grean bread
