Can someone tell me whats wrong with google.com?

Everytime I input in the browsers URL "google.com", it loads then suddenly, "hotspot shield, search privately" page appears (still a search engine). But it's really ridiculous to use, after you query, it redirects to "www.qbyrd.com" then some intance, you need to type some image verifications. Is your google like this?
 
It's probably because you input google.com
Instead of google.co.uk

Download this: http://malwarebytes.org update it and run it.
If you cannot install or run it, then download this as well: http://www.technibble.com/rkill-repair-tool-of-the-week/
Use it to kill processes (follow instructions on site) then run malwarebytes.

ps. hotspot shield is malware.
 
If you decide to uninstall Hotspot Shield at any time, please, follow the usual steps: select "Control Panel" from Start menu, click "Add or Remove Programs", highlight "Hotspot Shield" entry and click "Change/Remove" button.
