I don't personally believe it stems from religion, to be honest i believe it is an excuse
I know that Jerusalem has religious history for both the Arabs and Israeli's
but the promised land was written in a book, could people really rely on a book where a man talks to a burning book? Why base a war on something someone wrote down which for all we know could be a lie, how far can someone really trust a book written by people who didn't have anything else to believe in
