Can the Helio Ocean be used in a Verizon plan?

i want the helio but i dont know if i can use a verizon plan

Helio phones only work with a Helio service plan. Helio service plans only use Helio Phones.

Helio is not compatible with Verizon. Helio is part of Earthlink and South Korea SK Telecom. Of course Helio phones are locked and therefore use different frequencies than Verizon.
