Can the iPhone 4 (Telus) be unlocked? Does it have to be jailbroken first?

I have a Telus iPhone 4 running iOS 5. I need to make it work with Fido. What are my options?

get Remote Unlock service for I-PHONE 4 and Unlock it from canada Telus network lock easily.After Unlock this CDMA Network lock ,you can use with other country GSM Network sim card.You cannot use FIDO ,it's GSM..But it's also from CANADA..So you cannot use it...You cannot CDMA network from any country.
