Can the rear seats fold on a 1984 Chrysler Concorde? (improve car audio!!)?

I have a 1984 Chrysler Concorde, front wheel drive, and i am wondering in the seats in the back can fold down (so that i can access the trunk). I do not see any release latch, and it appears to be steal behind the seat....If there is no quick way to fold them down, any advice on how to custom modify it? my goal is to be able to make my subs louder by not having them sealed off from the rest of my car)
