I know the common pleco can. I have 2 plecos a clown and a BN both do fine with some salt. They are really hardy fish. The Senegal bichir should be ok they to are fairly hardy. I know that the Retropinnis Bichir does best in brackish water. The Knife fish is the one I would be worried about. They are much more sensitive and like soft water. They are also scale-less fish making them even more sensitive.

Why are you adding aquarium salt? It is not needed.
