No, of course not. The text is referring to wine, fermented grape juice.

Jesus drank wine, turned water into wine, and presented his blood to us in the form of wine. His enemies recognized this and accused him of being a drunkard, which of course, wasn't true. Like most of us, Jesus enjoyed wine without becoming drunk on it.

Denominations that rule out all wine consumption are not following Jesus on this point.
