I need serious replies only Toyota sent my account to NCO Financial Services and I owe them 1400 on my car. I haven't worked since March 6, 2010 and I only receive child support which pays for rent lights food and things for my kids. I'm out everyday looking for work and in Louisiana hardly no one is hiring. So can they re posse my vehicle because the last time I spoke with Toyota they said they didn't want the car they want the money. If you have any advice please help me

they can legally repossess the car then sell it and you are responsible for any difference between that is owed and what they sold the car for

They will definitely take your car if they cannot get any money from you, and it does not matter how little you owe. Your car is a guarantee to them that they will get their money, and they will totally take your car and sell it if they have to, and you will not get any money at all from the sale of your car.

I suggest you talk to Toyota about lowering your monthly payment somehow. But you HAVE to send them money if you want to keep your car.
