can tv output plug somehow be converted to connect to laptop?

i am about to buy a hidden camera which comes with a tv/vcr outlet. can i somehow buy a "adaptor" or something to hook it up to my laptop to see the camera visual? thanks.

also does anyone know any specific wireless hidden camera that i can hook up directly to my laptop and see it later in the day?
 
It can be done with the right hardware. At my place of employment, we have all of the security cameras wired to a computer that records the footage whenever it detects motion. The exact devices required for this though, I can't really get into right now.
