Are you serious...? STD's affect anyone. It's simply an infection you get from doing something sexual with another person who is infected. Girls & guys both have sex, so anyone can get one. You can catch one by coming in contact with someone's infected penis, vagina, mouth, and whatever else; use your imagination.
 
STDs are usually transferred through bodily fluids. Lesbians might have a bit less, but they still have enough to spread STDs.

And anyone can get an STD, no matter of the gender of their partner.
