can u put in rogers sim card in telus phone?

i was looking to to buy a phone and the phone was from telus, the telus phone has i guess a built in sim card is it possible to but my rogers sim card in it

All phones should have a removeable sim card. The phone will be locked to the network you bought it from but can be unlocked at a small cost, or buy from a company isn't a network provider such as car phone warehouse.
