Can upgrade my verizon phone at Walmart?

My 2 year contract is over and when I first got my phone I brought it from a verizon store but the phone that I want is the Droid Incredible and it's WAY cheaper at Walmart than at a verizon store so could I go to Walmart and get my 2 year upgrade there?

It might not work.we tried one like that at Target we bought the cheap phone,the guy said it is going to work b ut when we went home it never did.Luckly enough they took the phone back.Be sure to ask them if you can bring the phone back if it doesnt work.But i bet they will say no,i did ask some guy last week at wallmart if i can bring the phone back if it doesnt work and he said it is not returnable.I was there to upgade my phone.Now i just got one at craig list.
