can you add salt to salt water tank that already has fish in it?

the salt it coming up above the glass so i need to add more salt can i do that with the fish still in there?

If you are talking about dried up salt on the top of the tank, then yes you can clean it off and allow it to fall into the tank.

If you are talking about adding more salt to increase the salinity level, then No. You must dilute it well before adding. As salt dissolves it uses oxygen. Never add salt without testing salinity levels first.
