Can you add the $15 unlimited texting plan from T-Mobile for only 1 line?

I was searching online and I found out that T-Mobile offers $15 unlimited texting plans. Since my phone is already included in a family plan, is it possible to add it to only my line, and not the 3 others lines that are in the family plan?
