Can you buy redeemable iTunes codes online legally?

I was just asking if there was anyway to purchase gift card credits online instead of going to the store.

Its not guna work i tested it and if you share or registered it under your parents email they will atomatically get the letter of purchase unles you want to be sneaky and delete the email before the find out.
