Need to get a new phone and my mom won't let me get a smart phone, or a phone you have to pay for in that matter. Lol, I was just wondering if you could download ringtones on it.
 
dont buy ringtones, its a rip off. theres a site called 'myxer' that lets you make your own ring tone and then text it to your phone. and it costs as much as a normal text would cost, which depends on your plan.
