Only if you can prove that you are moving somewhere where there is no Bally's. Otherwise you'll have to pay a fee to cancel your contract or fulfill your contract. Best if you just talk to them and see what they require.
 
you would have to pay a really high cancellation fee. I had a doctor's note detailing that I couldn't work out.

I work out at Ballys too and yes you can cancel. You have to live at least 25 miles away from a Ballys location in order to cancel. If you don't, then I think you might be stuck until your contact runs out!
