can you change a all wheel suv into a two wheel suv?

Look at monster trucks. You can build or change any vehicle, if you have the money.

depends on how is it set up but yes you can remove the front driveshaft creating a two wheel drive vehicle... On the Explorers or Jeeps your gas mileage increases

When it comes to vehicles, you can do just about anything. The question is, is it cost effective to change a all wheel drive to a rear wheel drive, you may find it is easier to trade your vehicle for a rear wheel drive. I will tell you this, it is not as easy as taking out a drive shaft and calling it done. There are electronic signals that have to be disabled and computers that need to be reprogrammed because the vehicle is set up to look for the all wheel drive components and if it can not find them it will create a problem with the other computers.
