I've had lightheadedness from hard laughs but I remember watching jackass 3 in theaters and I remember laughing constantly and with my brother beside me it made me laugh harder. But at one point right before the electricity hallway, I was laughing extremely hard and fell back into my chair in the theater and paused. I stopped laughing and I couldnt find humor in funny things for a few days.
