Can you fit 2 ski rack on an SUV to fit 4 snowboards?

I have a 2003 Dodge Durango. Most ski racks only fit 2 snowboards. Unless you take binding off two and put them back to back. Than it can fit 4. I was wondering if I could fit one on either side so I can put 4 snowboards on my car without taking any bindings off? I don't have a bunch of money to spend on a fancy system. My budget it $200-$250. Please help me! Thanks :)
 
I've never seen a ski rack than only fits 2 snowboards.

Usually you can put 2 board bottom to bottom if you have enough clearance in order to get 4 on them.

If the binding hits the roof of the car you can either get an extension for the rack or temporarily remove the binding.
