My sister went to costco and bought a package of shredded pre-cooked chicken breast, it says on the package to eat within 3 days of opening. There's a huge amount of chicken in this shit and I don't want to let it go to waste, do you think I could freeze it? Would it mess up the taste?
It's not shredded into little bits or something lol, it's just cut up. Probably should've been a bit more clear on that.
It wasn't my choice to buy this anyway, my sister's just stupid and she buy's shitty food she can heat up in 2 minutes cuz she can't cook for shit.

Yes you can freeze cooked chicken. Wrap it well to prevent freezer burn as much as possible. Put it in the coldest part of the freezer. Don't keep it too long. A few weeks is probably best. Thaw it in the microwave oven.

good luck

As long as its been refrigerated since you first opened it and then you put it into a good airtight freezer bag it should be fine. To use it again only take out what your going to use because freezing , thawing out and freezing again is not good for the flavor or the healthiness of your food.
