can you get all your nutrition from someone's breast milk if you're an adult?

If you only drank a lady's breast milk, would an adult derive enough nutrients to fill all the daily dietary requirements (assuming an unlimited supply of breast milk but of course a normal human limit on how much you will drink comfortably)?
